This is the commencement time I have used online boarding passes. So far this has been great. It is a shame that I cannot employ my beverage coupon on this flying. Considering I have purchased it in my flight pricing. I call up they could use anti viral spray to sterilize the potable cans if anyone worries virtually this sham going on. Hopefully everything will go according to plan? This is the first time I've flown in over five years. The enforcement of rules that aren't law has prevented me from being comfortable spending my hard earned cash with companies that blindly follow communist agendas. Merely, that is for another topic another day. I am looking forrad to my trip and seeing my family. Southwest prices are fair and I love! That this company has gone against the trend of charging for bags that are normally expected for a trip. I know some people try to be cheap and take advantage of companies by over stuffing their carry-ons. It'southward non right. That'southward why I have chosen Southwest to be my favorite airline. Because they are helping the American people make more than things possible by not being greedy with charges. Cheers for beingness the all-time. I am a Texan also. Thank GOD!!

No respect for medical needy

I have a letter from my dr. that I demand a wheelchair. I usually don't get one because information technology is such a hassle. I only need a wheelchair/pre board aid when I am mail service medically necessary surgery. Today the Attendant was very helpful, said I didn't need a letter when I wanted to bear witness it to her. She could tell by looking at me I accept visible dressings on and my right arm is in a sling. She assured me I would board right after the wheelchairs. I accept missed connecting flights so I am reluctant to get a wheel chair. They brought up a gentleman in a wheelchair and put him right side by side to the sign that said pre board. I got in line after him. So a grouping of people asked me if I was a pre board. I said yeah I was but I would be getting on later on the wheelchairs. They said no I had to get in line backside them because someone else had told them to line up there, where there was no sign. So humiliated I had to go to the back of the line. And the gentleman in the wheelchair wasn't fifty-fifty put on the plane till mode afterwards me. Please coordinate with everyone and help those that need aid when they need it. Why do you even offer this service when it is striking or miss and might I advise honor your signs. They help keep order and efficiency.
Information technology shouldn't be so arbitrary where the line forms of and goodness forbid information technology would occur where the sign was.

I dearest flight Southwest. I usually am i of the first to board and I adopt a seat in the back. However, my biggest complaint, is when at that place are delays. The filibuster is not the problem so much. Just, when I have a connecting flight, and now but have a brusque window to become to my next flight, maybe the airlines should consider letting connecting flights people off first. My last flight I paid extra for early boarding. My flight was so delayed that I fabricated sure to sit in the closest seat almost the front. Even and so, by the time I got off, I was literally running to the opposite end of the airport to go my connection. The plane had already started boarding when I got there. What's worse, the flight attendants knew I had a connecting flight which started boarding before the door opened on the flight I was currently on. Perhaps, when delays happen, it would be polite to let people who have connections get off starting time. Peculiarly when the connecting flights are that shut to leaving. Delays are going to happen, I'm adept with that, but testify some appreciation to those of u.s. who take connection and a brusque window to become to them. ❤️
